Contract Seat Belt Systems Lead Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the design, development, testing, and delivery of cutting-edge seat belt systems across key vehicle programmes.Reporting to the Chapter Leader, you will lead technical integrity, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery on quality, cost, and time targets. We are seeking candidates with proven experience in automotive safety systems, particularly within restraint systems or occupant safety environments.Essential skills include project management, supplier coordination, and familiarity with safety standards and testing procedures. A background in Body Engineering, Restraint Electronics, or related fields is highly desirable.
