Guest safety is our top priority, so this role requires exceptional attention to detail. You will interact with guests and provide outstanding customer service. In this position, you will also promote and organise poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests while keeping their safety at the forefront of everything you do. Typical working hours for this full time role cover 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can engage and connect with a diverse range of people. To succeed in this role, you must be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail, as you will be responsible for monitoring the pool during busy periods.
