About the Role
As Seasonal Plant Manager, you will take ownership of the seasonal plant area, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and a truly memorable shopping experience. With a hands-on approach, you''ll ensure stock is well-managed, displays are inspiring, and sales opportunities are maximised. You''ll have the autonomy to make a real impact, driving both sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards.
What We''re Looking For
- Previous experience working in a garden centre environment
- Strong plant knowledge, particularly in seasonal ranges
- A commercial mindset with the ability to spot and act on sales opportunities
- Solid stock management skills across the full product cycle
- Confident with EPoS systems and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- A keen eye for detail and high standards of presentation
