Seasonal Food and Beverage Manager Pro Rata upto £60k DOE

We are delighted to be supporting a 5 hotel on an island in the Inner Hebrides who are seeking a Seasonal Food and Beverage Manager. This contract will start mid-April, earlier if available, until the end of September. You will work in collaboration with the Executive Chef and General Manager ensuring guests have outstanding service and premium customer care.
