Hours: 40 Hours, alternate weekends

As a seasonal department manager, you will be heading up the Christmas and furniture department, running a small team of 1 full-time staff member, plus 4-5 seasonal staff throughout the year. You''ll help lead, develop, and motivate your team, while ensuring the seasonal department runs smoothly and to a high standard. In the run-up to December, you''ll shape a magical Christmas department, then plan and create the seasonal furniture department for the upcoming spring months. This is a great role that offers variation across the seasons!

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the team to deliver excellent service and great results
• Seasonal planning and setting retail standards
• Delivering sales targets and meeting KPI''s
• Supporting the wider team day-to-day
• Maintaining standards through creative and attractive merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution
