As a seasonal department manager, you will be heading up the Christmas and furniture department, running a small team of 1 full-time staff member, plus 4-5 seasonal staff throughout the year. In the run-up to December, you''ll shape a magical Christmas department, then plan and create the seasonal furniture department for the upcoming spring months.
