SEO Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation, taking ownership of SEO strategy and execution to drive measurable growth. The role will suit someone with strong technical expertise, creativity, and a data-driven mindset who is confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The RoleAs SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising SEO initiatives to improve visibility, rankings, and organic traffic across the company’s digital platforms. Working closely with marketing, product, and content teams, you will play a key role in ensuring SEO best practice is embedded throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and performance.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation.
Manage technical SEO projects, including site audits, crawl optimisation, and page speed improvements.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO is at the core of digital content creation.
Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies where required to deliver SEO initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of delivering organic growth.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
Experience working with content teams to optimise content for search.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
