Do you enjoy hands-on technical work, diagnostics, and delivering high-quality results both in the workshop and on-site?Our client is a specialist marine engineering company, and they are looking for a Sealegs / Aftersales Technician to join their growing team in Poole.The roleThis is a practical, varied position focused on the build, servicing, and repair of small vessels, particularly Sealegs Amphibious RIBs. You will be responsible for ensuring vessels are safe, fully functional, and prepared to a high standard for use or delivery.You will work both in the workshop and on-site, with regular travel across the UK and occasional overseas trips.Key Responsibilities Fit out small vessels (up to 12m) in line with specifications and technical drawingsInstall marine components including consoles, seating, fuel systems, steering and outboard enginesCarry out basic electrical installation and fault-findingInspect, strip, and overhaul hulls, tubes, and fittingsService and maintain Sealegs vessels, including aftercare supportConduct pre-delivery inspections and sea trialsCommission and test hydraulic systemsMaintain accurate service records and produce inspection reportsAssist with quotations for repairs and upgradesPromote service solutions and product upgrades where appropriateFollow all workshop safety and quality procedures About our ..... full job details .....
