Seafreight Import Operator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Import Seafreight Operator for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Egham, Surrey area.Duties:-Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate Import seafreight with end to end responsibility Seafreight booking and processing relevant documentation including BOL''s.Customs entriesDealing with FCL / LCL shipmentsLiaising effectively and building close relationships with customersQuotationsInvoicing clientsKey Account managementStrong ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously and communicating efficiently to the highest level via e-mail and telephone.Required Experience:-Experience in Import OceanfreightCustomer service - excellent telephone manner and communication skills.Computer literate Highly organised with a systematic approach and detail orientated customersWorking hours are Monday - Friday 9-5.30pmAs an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
