Duties:- Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate Import and Export sea and roadfreight with end to end responsibility Sea and Roadfreight bookings and processing relevant documentation Dealing with FCL / LCL shipments Liaising effectively and building close relationships with customers Quotations Invoicing clients Key Account management Strong ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously and communicating  efficiently to the highest level via e-mail and telephone. Required Experience:- Experience in Import and Export Ocean and roadfreight Customer service - excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
