Our client is a leading independent Freight Forwarder now looking for a Sea Freight Operator to join their growing team in Manchester to operate and manage the sea freight exports serviceKey responsibilities include quoting, handling sea freight exports documentation, liaising with shipping lines, issuing instructions to agents, customs entries, customer service. Managing the process from start to finishWe are looking for candidates with:A customer focused driven mindsetA minimum of 3 years'' relevant experience in Sea freight forwarding movements Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive approach to problem solvingThe role offers:Basic salary of 30,000- 40,000 dependent upon experience and skills Bonus schemePrivate healthcare schemePension schemeSalary sacrifice car scheme24 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays(additional 2 days after 5 years'' service and a further 2 days after 10 years, capped at 28 days)37.5 hours per ..... full job details .....
