The Role: Sea Export Operator As a key member of the team, you will manage the full lifecycle of sea export shipments from initial booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end processing and coordination of FCL and LCL sea export shipments. Preparing, processing, and checking all necessary documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists, customs entries). Liaising proactively with carriers, co-loaders, hauliers, and overseas agents. Providing exceptional communication and updates to clients regarding shipment status and potential delays. Managing customs procedures and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
