In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Sales with the main priority and focus being on managing a small team of outbound SDR s to achieve KPI s and targets within the enterprise and professional services sectors. Our client is looking for candidates with great motivational/coaching skills who can lead from the front. Ideally, you will be ambitious, a good practitioner and have 1-2+ years SDR manager experience having worked for another software organisation within the AI space. Preference is for candidates that have sold AI related solutions however, our client will also consider SDR managers with experience selling complex products to technical buyers.
