This role requires a delivery-focused Scrum Master who understands the end-to-end delivery life cycle and can apply agile pragmatically to ensure work is delivered successfully. Ideally we are looking for somebody that has delivered across heavy development projects matching the HMRC Environment (Java, AWS, Kubernetes etc)  This is not a purely facilitative role; the successful candidate will bring a technical lens to delivery, enabling them to identify risks early, challenge constructively, and adapt ways of working to keep delivery on track.
