We’re working with a leading

energy company

seeking an experienced

Scrum Master

to drive Agile delivery across its Azure-based technology platforms. You’ll coach and guide cross-functional teams building high-impact cloud solutions.About the Role

You’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and help teams deliver secure, scalable Azure cloud systems that power real-time trading and analytics. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, engineers and stakeholders to embed Agile best practice and continuous improvement.Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile principles are applied effectively.Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum practices, fostering self-organisation and continuous improvement.Support Product Owners in managing backlogs and defining clear goals.Work with engineering teams to remove impediments and streamline delivery of Azure-based solutions.Promote transparency, collaboration and metrics-driven delivery.Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Scrum Master

in a fast-moving technology environment.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and hands-on facilitation skills.Background working with

cloud platforms

(preferably

Azure ) and DevOps-driven teams.Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.Seniority
