Scrum Master

Our client, a large Aerospace and Defence supplier is looking for a Certified Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis at their site in Luton.Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold the sole British nationality and be willing to obtain SC Clearance.6 month initial contract. 70 p/h Umbrella, inside.Luton based with hybrid working.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master who will provide servant-leadership for at least two Scrum teams. This role requires someone who can guide teams through the Agile process and help them achieve their goals with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews, while also working to resolve blockers and ensure smooth delivery within an Agile framework. You will work closely with product owners, key stakeholders, and development teams, helping to drive collaboration and a shared commitment toward achieving both ART (Agile Release Train) and sprint objectives.
