The individual must be capable of working within stringent governance and compliance frameworks. The appointed Scrum Master will take the lead on Scrum deliverables, facilitating the delivery of complex solutions in secure, regulated, and often constrained settings. Expertise with Atlassian JIRA is essential, as it will be used to manage delivery workflows throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) Act as servant leader to Agile teams, removing impediments and enabling delivery Manage and optimise delivery workflows using Jira Software Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
