They are currently looking for a skilled Scrum Master with extensive financial services experience to join their team for a contract until the end of the year.Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesYou will lead Agile delivery, enable high-performing teams, and ensure alignment with the delivery, risk, and regulatory frameworks.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).Act as a servant leader to drive Scrum adoption and team effectiveness.Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting delivery.Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness.Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, sprint progress).Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards.Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following:Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.Scrum certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe) and experience in banking/financial services ..... full job details .....
