Scrum Master Rate: 450 - 500 Clearance Required :BPSS Duration:6 months Location: Telford 2 to 3 days onsite Job Description:This is ideally a 12-month assignment and the applicant must be able to attend Telford 2 days a week minimum. For Contractors - we would be looking at 6 months initially: Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, delivery savvy, senior Scrum Master to join a two-year project to modernise one of the clients largest and most critical services (COTAX = Corporation Tax) in Tax Admin, on the clientsAccount. The Scrum Master will work closely with: Delivery Leads, PM, Architects, Business Analysts, QA Leads, Lead Engineers and their whole scrum teams. Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies across two scrum teams including:ScrumsSprint planningBacklog RefinementReviews and RetrospectivesActively drive cross-team learning, knowledge sharing and best practiceEnsure effective and consistent use of Jira and Confluence across teams, considering all stakeholder needsWork hand in hand with the Delivery Lead to understand, track and communicate progress and issuesProtect teams from distractions and foster a high-performing, motivated environmentDrive pace and urgency to meet delivery milestonesDrive a culture that embraces change to ways of working e.g. development and interception of AI solutionsEmbed a culture of ownership and accountability, in relation to delivering against commitments.We are looking for :Proven experience as a Scrum MasterStrong ..... full job details .....
