Scrum Master - DV Cleared

Our client, a prominent organisation within the Defence and Security sector, is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master - DV Cleared to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves working on-site in Romsey, Woking, or Gloucester for a minimum of two days per week, with occasional client visits. The position is offered on a six-month contract, requiring candidates to hold current UKSV or DV clearance and undergo a BPSS check.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI planning eventsEnsure adherence to Scrum principles and SAFe agile practicesSupport backlog refinement in collaboration with the Product OwnerDrive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable follow-upsMaintain transparency through appropriate reporting, such as burndown charts, velocity, risks, and impedimentsIdentify and remove blockers affecting team delivery, escalating risks and issues as necessaryCoordinate dependencies across teams where requiredCoach team members in Agile values, mindset, and practices while fostering a high-performing, psychologically safe environmentSupport onboarding of new team membersJob Requirements:Relevant degree level qualificationExperience in software developmentProven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environmentStrong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principlesExperience facilitating Agile ceremoniesExperience managing delivery ..... full job details .....
