      <description>Location: Filton | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Scrum Master (Agile) to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting the delivery of complex engineering programmes through the adoption and development of Agile ways of working. You will play a key role in coaching teams, embedding Agile principles and driving continuous improvement across multidisciplinary projects.  The role is paying between 40,000 - 60,000 depending on experience and depth of experience.  This role is responsible for guiding one or more engineering teams throughout their Agile journey, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments and promoting an Agile mindset. You will work closely with programme stakeholders and the wider Agile community to maximise team performance and ensure the successful delivery of value across both hardware and software environments.  Key Responsibilities  Coach, mentor and support one or more Agile teams in adopting Agile principles and best practices.
