Screening Manager

Location: New York Street, Manchester City Centre Working Pattern: Full-time hybrid role. Following a 12-week training period, you''ll alternate between one week in the office and one week from home. Salary: £34,000 per annum + £4,000 performance bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Additional Requirement: Two late-night shifts per month About the Role Reed Screening is looking for an experienced Screening Manager to lead our operational teams and deliver a high-quality service to clients. You''ll be responsible for ensuring screening processes are efficient, compliant and consistently delivered to a high standard, while supporting and developing a team of Team Leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people leader who enjoys driving performance, improving processes and developing others, with a clear pathway into an Operations Manager role. What You''ll Be Doing Lead screening operations, ensuring quality, compliance and service standards are met. Deliver a high-quality screening service for clients across regulated sectors. Manage team performance, workloads and resource planning. Coach and develop Team Leaders to drive success. Act as the escalation point for complex or high-risk cases. Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance. Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
