Screening Co-ordinator

CRY has an exciting new job opportunity! We are an established UK charity, which for 25+ years has proactively worked to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research as well as supporting families following a young sudden cardiac death. We are looking to recruit 2x Screening Co-ordinators to join our wonderful Screening Department. You will have: o A good, clear telephone voice with excellent spoken and written English o Good administration skills with an eye for detail. o The ability to interact well with a variety of stakeholders and CRY staff at all levels, and with many-and-varied external contacts and clients. o Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible in managing tasks and workload on a daily basis. o The ability to remain calm and interact sensitively with any enquirers who may be anxious, stressed, upset, etc. o An appreciation for the need to treat personal data and medical information with the greatest of care in order to meet data protection and information security requirements. Main Duties: Coordinating your allocated CRY cardiac screening events which includes: o Being the main point of contact for the family, school or other party that is funding or requesting the screening event. o Liaising with the CRY Screening Managers / Drivers / Bookings Coordinator with all details regarding the event. o Working with and managing the online booking system for your CRY screening events. o Confirming event ..... full job details .....
