The starting salary is £28,000 per annum for a candidate without screen-printing experience, rising up to £32,000 per annum for a fully trained Screen Printer. Salary is fully dependent on experience. If you do not already have a background in the print industry, you must as a minimum to be considered have come from a Machine Operation role, ideally from engineering. ABOUT YOU Experienced Screen Printer, or an experienced machine operator who can demonstrate the potential to learn screen printing. A manufacturing background and experience of working as part of a team. A strong eye for detail, accurate colour recognition and a commitment to quality. A positive, flexible approach and willingness to contribute to business and personal objectives.
