The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to ensure practical lessons are fully prepared, safe and well organised, supporting pupils across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.The RoleAs a Science Technician, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of practical Science lessons across the school. Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment and materials for practical lessons, maintaining laboratory resources and ensuring that laboratories are clean, organised and ready for use.You will also be responsible for the safe storage, handling and preparation of chemicals and other scientific materials, whilst ensuring that appropriate health and safety procedures are followed at all times.The successful candidate will be confident working independently, able to manage competing priorities and comfortable supporting a busy secondary-school Science Department.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare laboratory equipment, chemicals, ..... full job details .....
