This rewarding position offers the opportunity to support a busy Science Department by ensuring laboratories, equipment, and teaching resources are prepared to the highest standard.The successful candidate will play an important role in helping students access high-quality practical science education, working across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics while maintaining a safe and efficient learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, set up, and clear away equipment and materials for practical science lessonsSupport the delivery of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics experiments across Key Stages 3 and 4Ensure laboratories, preparation rooms, and storage areas remain organised, clean, and safeMaintain and monitor stock levels of chemicals, equipment, and consumablesAssist with ordering, receiving, and recording laboratory suppliesCarry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of scientific equipmentEnsure all practical activities comply with health and safety legislation and COSHH regulationsSafely store, handle, and dispose of chemicals and hazardous materialsSupport teachers in preparing resources for lessons, demonstrations, and examinationsMaintain ..... full job details .....
