      <description>Location: Aylesbury | Salary: &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Permanent | Science Technician       Academics are working with a ''Good'' secondary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who require a Science Technician to start with them from September 2026 or sooner.      Location : Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire   Position : Science Technician, Full time   Start date : September 2026   Pay rate : -120 per day       Role:   To supervise and co-ordinate the work of the science technician team, taking responsibility for at least one A-level science subject and able to carry out the duties of a technician for all 3 sciences up to and including GCSE. The science technician is responsible for supporting pupils within classrooms, preparing classroom resources, supporting with classroom demonstrations and maintaining adequate stock levels.      Qualifications:    Good standard of general education, including GCSEs in English, Mathematics and Science  Degree or equivalent in science    Experience:     Successful experience of working within a scientific environment is essential, ideally within secondary education.
