Science Teacher (KS1-KS4) - Full TimeStart Date: 1 September 2026About the RoleOur client, a specialist provision, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Science Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a full-time position working with male students aged 7-19 who hold EHCPs and present with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD/PDA, and associated SEMH/complex needs.This is a rewarding opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of young people requiring tailored, therapeutic approaches to learning.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons across KS1-KS4Support students with complex learning profiles and behavioural needsCreate a structured, safe and nurturing learning environmentWork collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and wider professionalsMonitor and track student progress in line with EHCP outcomesEssential RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentProven experience teaching Science across relevant key stagesDemonstrable success working with autism and/or SEMH cohortsStrong behaviour management skills and a flexible, patient approachDesirableExperience within specialist or alternative provision settingsUnderstanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic approachesWhy Apply?Opportunity to work in a highly supportive, specialist environmentMake a meaningful impact on pupils with complex needsOngoing professional development and training ..... full job details .....
