The students may have experienced trauma, disrupted education, or face ongoing emotional and mental health challenges - your role will be as much about connection as it is about curriculum.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated Science lessons.Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom culture.Work closely with pastoral and therapeutic teams.Track and monitor student progress and adapt teaching accordingly.Contribute to whole-school initiatives to improve behaviour, engagement, and attainment.What the school are looking for:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and/or PhysicsExperience teaching within SEMH or ..... full job details .....
