This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Science teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and academic achievement. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities and educational needs. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes excellent behaviour and engagement. Support students in achieving their academic potential and developing a passion for Science. Contribute to departmental initiatives and uphold the academy''s policies and procedures. Attend relevant meetings, training, and professional development activities as required.
