Are you looking for your next role teaching Science in a school located in Southwark?Tradewind Recruitment is working with a successful and inclusive secondary school in Southwark, currently seeking a Science Teacher to join their dynamic team on a full-time, short-term (temporary) basis starting from the Autumn term. This position is suitable for an experienced Science teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education to students at Key Stages 3 and 4. Job Role Requirements: Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Develop and adapt lesson plans that cater to a diverse student population. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively. Work collaboratively within a strong Science department. Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant UK classroom experience. Qualifications and Person Specification: QTS and a degree in a Science-related subject. Proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management skills. A commitment to high academic standards and continuous improvement. Ability to inspire, engage and challenge students of all abilities.
