Location: South-East Birmingham Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Ongoing / Long-Term Agency: TeacherActiveAre you a passionate Science Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of scientists? TeacherActive are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Secondary Science Teacher to work within a supportive school based in South East Birmingham.The successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent Secondary Education qualification with a Science specialism. Have previous experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools. Demonstrate strong classroom management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Be confident in planning and preparing their own lessons (although this is not essential). Hold a DBS Certificate registered to the Update Service, or be willing to complete a new Criminal Conviction check. Be able to provide two recent professional references.
