Science TeacherDenham MPS/UPSSupply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Denham to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher for a September start.This role is ideal for a passionate Science specialist who is committed to delivering engaging lessons, inspiring curiosity, and supporting students in developing their scientific knowledge, practical skills, and critical thinking across Key Stages 3 and 4.The Role As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Science lessons across a range of disciplines, supporting students to achieve their full potential and fostering a love of learning within a positive classroom environment.Key Responsibilities Include: Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons in line with the National CurriculumTeaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics where requiredPreparing students for internal assessments and GCSE examinationsDelivering safe, effective, and engaging practical investigations and demonstrationsCreating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environmentAssessing student progress and providing clear, constructive feedbackDifferentiating lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilitiesMaintaining high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievementWorking collaboratively with the Science department and wider school staffBuilding positive relationships with students, parents, ..... full job details .....
