Job Title: Science Teacher - Supply

Position Type: Full-time, Supply (with potential for long-term placement)

Pay: andpound;160-andpound;240 per day

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a well-established secondary school in Brighton to recruit a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher for Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an excellent opportunity to teach across the science curriculum in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• 
  

  QTS is preferred but not essential andndash; strong subject knowledge and teaching experience will also be considered

• 
  

  Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4

• 
  

  Strong behaviour management skills

• 
  

  A commitment to delivering high-quality lessons and engaging students in their learning

• 
  

  A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and students

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Science curriculum for KS3 and KS4

• 
  

  Assess, track, and report on student progress

• 
  

  Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement

• 
  

  Contribute to the wider school community and take part in departmental meetings and planning

• 
  

  Provide additional support to students who require it, ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to succeed
