Position Overview
A mixed 11-16 secondary school in Andover, rated "Good" by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join their thriving team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role running until December 2025, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

What You''ll Be Doing
- Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, adapting lessons to suit mixed-ability groups. 
- Planning and delivering practical, engaging lessons that bring Science to life. 
- Tracking and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback. 
- Promoting a culture of respect, curiosity, and achievement within the classroom. 
- Working closely with a supportive Science department and engaging in whole-school initiatives.
