The Role

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Science Teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4. This full-time role begins in January 2026 and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for planning and delivering dynamic and engaging Science lessons that spark curiosity, develop scientific thinking, and build confidence.

Key Responsibilities

andbull; Support student progress, development, and well-being
andbull; Work collaboratively with the schoolandrsquo;s science department and wider teaching team
andbull; Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
andbull; Follow school policies and effective behaviour management strategies

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
andbull; Strong subject knowledge in Science and effective teaching practices
andbull; Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
andbull; A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
andbull; Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
