What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in Science
Ability to plan and deliver stimulating theoretical and practical lessons
Enthusiasm for encouraging scientific enquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Excellent behaviour management and collaborative team-working skills
Dedication to supporting pupil progress and academic achievement
Key Responsibilities:
Teach engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 that develop knowledge, skills, and curiosity
Plan, organise, and supervise safe and well-prepared practical experiments
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning
Contribute actively to departmental planning, curriculum development, and extra-curricular STEM initiatives
Inspire a lifelong interest and curiosity in the natural world
