The ideal candidate will be experienced in teaching students with vulnerable backgrounds, SEND, and varying abilities, and will adopt a positive and inclusive approach in the classroom.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Science Teacher who is open to full teacher responsibilities and confident in building strong relationships with students while delivering high-quality lessons.Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.Plan, mark, and assess work in line with school policies, meeting the needs of all students.Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for students of all abilities.Manage behaviour effectively, promoting respect and positive interactions.Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to address individual student needs.Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and other school-wide events.
