Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;practical, andandnbsp;theory-based lessonsandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;KS3 and KS4 Scienceandnbsp;(Biology, Chemistry, or Physics specialism welcomed)
- Encourageandnbsp;critical thinking,andnbsp;scientific enquiry, andandnbsp;independent learning
- Create aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;stimulating classroom environmentandnbsp;where students feelandnbsp;confident to experiment
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;toandnbsp;track progressandnbsp;andandnbsp;inform planning
- Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with students, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academicandnbsp;andandnbsp;personal development

The Ideal Candidate Will:
