Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a rewarding new opportunity this September or for the next academic year? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and resilient Science Teachers to work across a range of Alternative Provision (AP) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings, supporting young people who thrive in a more personalised and nurturing learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers, experienced SEN practitioners, or mainstream teachers looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with additional needs. Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry or Physics, your ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners is what matters most.

Working within Alternative Provision and SEN schools, you will deliver creative and accessible Science lessons tailored to students with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and other additional learning needs. Class sizes are typically smaller, allowing you to build positive relationships and provide individualised support that helps every student achieve their potential.

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or have relevant teaching experience.
• Have a genuine passion for Science and inclusive education.
• Are patient, adaptable and committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Can create engaging, practical lessons that promote curiosity, confidence and achievement.
• Have strong behaviour management skills and a positive, solution-focused approach.
