SANZA Teaching Agency are supporting an independent provision in the London borough of Barking and Dagenham. The school caters to both primary and secondary aged students whoa re unable to attend mainstream school due to SEMH (social, emotional, mental health) difficulties. They are looking for a science teacher to teach key stage 3 and key stage 4 (KS3 and KS4). Applications from unqualified teachers (without QTS) will be considered, however, you must have long-term experience teaching KS3 and KS4 science. About the role:You will teach small classes of students (4-6 students per class). There will be behaviour mentors in each class. You will have a lot of freedom to teach a bespoke science curriculum, allowing for creativity, fun, practical, experiment- based science teaching.
