SANZA Teaching Agency are supporting an excellent independent SEMH school in the London borough of Barking and Dagenham. They are looking for a science teacher for key stage 3 and key stage 4 (KS3 and KS4). You will ideally have QTS to be considered for this role. The school is open to unqualified teachers, but you must have previous long-term experience as a secondary KS3/KS4 science teacher/cover supervisor. About the role:As a science teacher in an SEMH school, you will teach small classes of students (4-6 students per class). There will be behaviour mentors in each class. You will have a lot of freedom to teach a bespoke science curriculum, allowing for creativity, fun, practical, experiment- based science teaching.Start date:The role is to start in September 2026, however, there is potential for the role to start in May 2026 (by negotiation).
