This temporary position is set to start at the end of January and will initially run until Easter. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging science lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to promote student achievement.Implement and adapt curriculum materials to meet the diverse needs of students.Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the teaching practice and share resources.Participate in school meetings and events, and contribute to the school''s ethos and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.Proven ability to teach science subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4.Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and work collaboratively with colleagues.
