About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Shropshrie. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students in Science, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, supporting student achievement, and contributing to the continued success of the Maths and Science departments. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support attainment. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management. Support students in achieving their academic potential and developing problem-solving and analytical skills. Participate in departmental meetings, parents'' evenings, and school events. Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge in Science. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
