You''ll work with young people in small groups and 1:1 settings, creating engaging, personalised Science lessons that meet students where they are and help them achieve more than they thought possible. We''re looking for a teacher who is creative, resilient and passionate about making Science accessible and exciting someone who can build trust, inspire curiosity and help young people overcome barriers to learning. What You''ll Do Deliver engaging Science lessons up to GCSE level, adapting teaching to individual needs, abilities and learning styles. Create practical, meaningful learning experiences that build knowledge, confidence, independence and a love of Science. Build positive relationships with students and provide calm, consistent support for those who may experience barriers to learning or challenging behaviour.
