The Role We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join its successful Science department from September 2026.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Science teacher who is looking to join a supportive, ambitious and high-performing secondary school. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop strong scientific knowledge, practical skills and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.You will be expected to maintain high standards of teaching and learning while creating a positive classroom environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, think critically and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapting teaching to meet the needs of individual learners.Teach engaging lessons covering Biology, Chemistry and Physics, where appropriate to your specialism and timetable.Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations and ensure they develop strong scientific knowledge and examination technique.Incorporate practical investigations and experiments to develop students'' understanding and application of scientific concepts.Differentiate lessons effectively to support students of varying abilities and learning needs.Use assessment and student data to monitor progress, identify gaps in knowledge and inform future planning.Maintain high expectations of behaviour, effort and ..... full job details .....
