Key Responsibilities Experience with Additional/SEN Needs Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or combined science). Prepare students effectively for GCSE Science examinations, ensuring strong academic progress. Assess, monitor, and record student achievement in line with school policies. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students, including high-achievers, those with special educational needs (SEN), and students requiring extra support. Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
