• Instruction & Curriculum:-Delivering engaging lessons on scientific concepts and adapting material to student abilities.
• Laboratory Management:-Preparing, conducting, and supervising safe, hands-on scientific experiments and demonstrations.
• Assessment & Evaluation:-Grading assignments, exams, and projects, and identifying students who need additional academic support.
• Classroom Management:-Maintaining a positive, safe, and orderly learning environment, including enforcing safety protocols for chemicals and equipment.
• Communication & Collaboration:-Working with colleagues to improve curriculum, communicating with parents regarding student progress, and participating in staff meetings.-
