About the Role
Revolve Collective, recruiting on behalf of local schools in the Dudley area, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our network. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, dependent on experience, and could be either a long-term contract or a permanent position, with a start date in September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Science educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting the academic and personal development of young people at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with the possibility of Key Stage 5 depending on experience). The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons, fostering curiosity and a love of science, and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Support the academic progress and well-being of students across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable).

Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour, achievement, and scientific inquiry.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.

Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment and extra-curricular STEM activities.
About You
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting (KS3/KS4/KS5).

Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.

Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.

Understanding and experience working with children with SEN or SEMH (desirable).
