The Role

The KS3 Science Coordinator will:

• Oversee the curriculum planning, development, and assessment for Science at Key Stage 3.
• Support and mentor colleagues teaching Science at KS3.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning across the KS3 Science curriculum.
• Lead initiatives to promote engagement and curiosity in Science among younger students.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate Science teacher with QTS/QTLS who:

• Possesses strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Demonstrates leadership potential, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
• Is committed to fostering a strong foundation in Science for all students.
• Is an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player.
